About the job
Would you like to help develop Langeland and Strynø as the Øhavet hotspot for water activities? And do you enjoy turning ideas into reality – together with volunteers, associations, businesses, residents and colleagues? Then you might be our new SHORES staff member.
On Langeland there is room to be who you are. Together with all of us. Here the sky is high, there is plenty of elbow room and a coastline that invites both big dreams, strong communities and active experiences on and by the water.
SHORES Langeland is a locally anchored project based on Langeland’s nature, coastline and sea. The project aims to fulfill Langeland’s potential as the Øhavet hotspot for water activities and attract tourism, business and new residents. We are also part of UNESCO Global Geopark - the Southern Funen Archipelago, where SHORES participates as an active co-player.
With forthcoming facilities in Bagenkop, Bukkemose and Lohals, SHORES will have concrete facilities that create new opportunities for the development of water activities. We work with a wide range of water activities – including SUP, sea kayaking, diving, sailing, High Diving, sauna, fishing, swimming, as well as wind- and kitesurfing. Langeland and Strynø also have 152 kilometres of coastline and special settings for water experiences year-round.
