DS Stålkonstruktion is seeking a motivating, proactive and visible Site Manager who can lead and inspire our assembly teams in the construction of complex building projects in Denmark, across the Nordic region and in northern Europe.

Here is what your workday looks like

As Site Manager, you are the link between the construction site and the project manager. You work closely with the project manager to ensure that everything goes according to plan – from staffing to safety, quality and economy.

Your main responsibilities

• Leadership and coordination: Managing daily workflows, planning and ensuring progress on the construction site.
• Quality and safety: Maintaining our high standards, including conducting construction and safety meetings and preparing documentation and risk analyses.
• Economy: Ongoing recording of extra work and follow-up.

Who are you?

You have a solid construction technical understanding and experience with assembly and erection of steel structures.

We expect that you

• Have experience with quality, safety and documentation in the construction industry.
• Speak and write Danish and English, as our projects span wide across the Nordic region and northern Europe.
• Are an inclusive team player who motivates your colleagues and creates a good work environment.
• Are flexible and thrive with travel and a dynamic daily life with varying working hours.
• Are willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
