The self-governing institution “Fanø Kindergarten and Nursery” is seeking a trained pedagogue as of January 1, 2027 with 30–37 hours per week.

Fanø Kindergarten and Nursery is a self-governing age-integrated day institution with space for 33 kindergarten children and 10 nursery children. We are a small flexible unit that collaborates closely across. Your hours will primarily be in the kindergarten.

• Are responsible and caring, both when it comes to children's well-being, pedagogical planning and close parent collaboration.
• Find it exciting and fun to participate in children's play and can prioritise presence and attentiveness, even if it occasionally gets messy in the kitchen.
• Can work collaboratively with pedagogical staff on curriculum themes and development of the pedagogical environment.
• Can work responsibly and structurally as the contact pedagogue.
• Thrive in nature whatever the weather.
• Are versatile and flexible with both tasks and working hours.
• Are good at professional sparring in close cooperation with colleagues and management, and actively participate in developing the pedagogical environment.

Practical

Salary and employment terms are governed by the current collective agreement. Employment is subject to approval by Fanø Municipality. A criminal and child certificate will be obtained before final employment.
