SKILLED TRADESMAN WITH CARPENTRY BACKGROUND WANTED FOR PROPERTY COMPANY

🔨 SKILLED CRAFTSMAN WITH CARPENTRY BACKGROUND WANTED FOR PROPERTY GROUP

Are you a skilled craftsman who enjoys a varied work day where no two days are necessarily the same?

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced craftsman with a carpentry background for our property group.

You will become part of our internal operations and will work across our properties on everything from minor repairs to renovation and reconstruction tasks.

Your tasks will include

🔨 Carpentry and joinery tasks

🏢 Renovation and refurbishment of leased premises

🚪 Installation and adjustment of doors, locks, moldings etc.

🧱 Erection of walls, ceilings and other smaller construction tasks

🎨 Minor painting and maintenance tasks

🛠 Repairs and ongoing maintenance on our properties

🔧 Various practical ad hoc tasks

We are looking for someone who has a hands-on approach , can see what needs to be done and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves – even when the task lies a little outside the traditional carpentry trade.

We imagine that you

• Have a crafts background – preferably as a carpenter
• Have experience with renovation and maintenance
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are solution-oriented and care about delivering a solid piece of work
• Are flexible and thrive with many different types of tasks
• Have a category B driving license

In return we offer

• A versatile position with a lot of freedom under responsibility
• A daily life without the traditional construction-site rush
• Work on the group’s own properties
• Varied tasks and the opportunity to plan much of the workday yourself
• Good colleagues and an informal tone
• Salary according to qualifications

We are not necessarily looking for the one with the most impressive CV – we are looking for the one who knows their craft, takes responsibility and gets things done properly.

Does this sound like something for you – or do you know the perfect candidate?

📩 Send us a brief application and a little about your experience. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and hire when we have found the right person.
