Since we did not in the first instance encounter the desired profile for our SFO, we give it one more try in the hope of finding the person we hope can help further develop our fantastic SFO and staff group.

So if you have strong craft skills in wood, or you might be the type who loves bringing children together for sporting experiences, campfire warmth, and outdoor activities, are passionate about working creatively and relation-oriented in a strong professional community. Then you may be the pedagogue we are looking for at Skottegårdsskolens SFO.

We are looking for a trained pedagogue for a 34-hour weekly position, of which about 7 hours are placed in the school part. We are particularly looking for a colleague who has an interest in – and preferably experience with – working in a woodworking workshop and the desire to gather children for outdoor activities and ball games.

You will as a rule become part of our current 3rd year cohort, and follow a specific class up to the grade’s transition to the club. Here you will actively participate in the transition work, and together with the colleagues in the year group hand over to the students’ new leisure institution.

We receive new children every year from 1 April; your task together with the year group team will be to welcome the upcoming schoolchildren and ensure they have a wonderful start as schoolchildren until the summer holidays, where they will be introduced to their new surroundings.

At Skottegårdsskolens SFO we work from the basis of the whole child. We place children's development, well-being and learning at the center and aim to create secure and inspiring communities where children develop social, personal and academic competencies.

Our SFO is divided into two houses on the school’s estate: Langhuset for 0.-1. year group and Højhuset for 2.-3. year group. We have good facilities with plenty of room for play, creativity and workshop activities – close to both the beach, the skating hall and other exciting excursion possibilities. We place great emphasis on present adults, creative expression and strong communities. Working hours will typically lie in the period between 9-17, with exceptions for occasional meetings, or during periods with April children.

Community is a central driving force in our daily life – both among children, staff and parents. We work in committed communities and continuously develop activities and projects across year groups and disciplines.
