A good project manager knows that reality rarely follows the Excel sheet all the way down to the last row.

We are seeking several project managers with an understanding of soil, sewer and civil works , who can keep the tasks together from planning to handover.

You will be the link between the people on site, customers, partners and the rest of the planning. Therefore you must both understand the practical work and maintain an overview when changes occur along the way.

YOUR TASKS

📋 Planning and management of earthworks, sewerage and civil engineering tasks

👷 Coordination of manpower, equipment and subcontractors

📅 Management of schedules and progress

💰 Follow-up on finances, materials and extra work

🤝 Contact with customers, the client and partners

📐 Quality assurance and documentation

🔧 Handling the challenges that arise along the way

WHO ARE YOU?

You come preferably from the contracting industry and have a good understanding of earth, sewer or civil works .

Perhaps you already work as a project manager or contract manager. Maybe you are an experienced foreman or another strong contractor profile who is ready for more responsibility.

The most important is that you understand the work on site and at the same time can manage people, contracts, finances and progress.
