Slotsgården Care Center is seeking an SSA/SSH for a permanent night shift position.

The Care Center Slotsgården is looking for a social- and health care helper or social- and health care assistant in a fixed night shift from Nov 1 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is 28 hours, with the possibility to discuss a 37-hour arrangement.

Slotsgården is a dementia unit where 16 residents with moderate to severe dementia live. The 12 residents live permanently at Slotsgården, the other 4 residents are either on a guest bed or on an assessment bed.

At Slotsgården we work to create a everyday life for each resident that is meaningful, manageable and comprehensible. We use our large professional expertise and our creative abilities to make every day the best day for the individual. We prioritise fundamental care, focus on star moments, individual activities, and in everything we do, the person comes first.
