About the job
We are looking for a new SSH colleague who would like to be part of our holistic care in Local Team Hastrup.
There will be a shift every 2nd weekend - the possibility to request even/odd weeks.
If you see yourself with good collaboration skills, humor, high professionalism and a proactive approach to changes and welfare technology initiatives – then you are the one we are looking for!
About the job In Local Team Hastrup we work with holistic care, prevention and rehabilitation in citizens' own homes. We work purposefully so that the individual citizen can live the good life filled with joy and security. We do this, among other things, by:
- Being curious about the intervention and the relationship to contribute to safety and collaboration with the citizen at the centre
- Involving the individual citizen and their network in constructive collaboration
- Taking the citizen as the starting point by operating in mini-teams, which create more continuity and quality for the individual
- Being there for one another and supporting one another as colleagues – even when it becomes difficult
- Working rehabilitatively in all shift levels, so citizens are strengthened to do what they themselves can
We work targeted on ensuring that each employee has the desire to – and courage to – solve everyday tasks. We do this, among other things, by:
- planning an individual introductory program with a buddy
- focusing on the balance between private life and work life
- working with social capital – because it increases well-being and quality
- working in mini-teams with more shared responsibility for everyday life
- strengthening your competencies so there is continuous development
About Local Team Hastrup We are a team of about 50 permanently employed nurses, SSA, SSH, therapists, as well as students and trainees. We work in cross-disciplinary mini-teams that plan their own tasks and travel lists, so that the individual citizen experiences fewer staff in the home.
We have implemented several welfare technology solutions in daily life – including digital training and screen visits. We focus on the interdisciplinary and rehabilitative.
You will become part of a team that values collaboration, high professionalism and social interaction with each other highly. For when you get along with each other and at the workplace, it creates energy that can be felt in daily life.
We are a bicycle district and you must therefore be able to cycle and bring your own bicycle to work. You will get plenty of fresh air during the workday as you cycle around to the citizens.

- Taking an active role in ensuring good care and welfare for the individual citizen – together with the citizen, relatives and multidisciplinary colleagues in the team.
- Communicating clearly and with respect for citizens, relatives, colleagues and others.
- Being attentive to changes in the citizen's condition – and passing on observations
- Documenting what is necessary. We use Nexus – but will introduce you to the system if it is new to you.
It is important that you, as our new colleague, contribute to a positive working environment where we support each other so that everyone can have a good working day. In addition, you must be loyal to the decisions we make in the team.
