Social and Health Assistant or Social and Health Helper for the Hav Fjord Care Home

The Hav Fjord care home in Thyborøn is looking for a new colleague who is trained as a social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper .

Hav Fjord lies right by the North Sea in Thyborøn and has 22 residences. This means you will become part of a smaller workplace where we know each other, help each other and are close to colleagues, residents, relatives and management.

You will be working together with, among others, care home nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, unskilled substitutes, housekeepers and handymen.

Practical information

The position is 30-37 hours per week , but we are also open to a lower number of hours if that suits you better.

Start date: December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Salary

The salary is fixed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy.

If you are a trained SOSU assistant, the starting salary for a full-time employee would be DKK 29,903 per month + pension. In addition, a qualification-based salary is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications. If you have another educational background, including SOSU helper, the salary level will be stated before the employment interview.
