Homecare District 6 is seeking a social and health caregiver or unskilled with experience from care , who will be part of a team where we stand together and make things work.

About us

District 6 provides personal care, practical help and delegated nursing actions to citizens in their own homes who live in the Erritsø, Snoghøj, Skærbæk and Taulov areas.

District 6 comprises about 90 permanent employees distributed across four day-shift teams and one evening-shift team.

You will become part of a skilled group of employees who value a good working environment and who are good at solving challenges together.

We place great emphasis on you being passionate about working with care for the citizens, and that you contribute with engagement, stability and good humor to the team.

For us, it is important that we know the citizens, and that we prioritize continuity and quality in the interventions the citizen is referred to.

• Are educated SSH or SSA, or passionate about the profession
• Can remain calm and keep an overview – even when the pace is high

• Have stable attendance
• Have a driving license.

In accordance with the applicable agreement between KL and the negotiating body.

The employment is conditional on the obtained criminal record being free of remarks relevant to performing the specific position.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

The position is 37 hours. According to the municipality's personnel policy, there can be dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and the organization of work
