We are looking for

A social and health care assistant and a social and health care helper on 37 hours per week for a position with predominantly evening shifts.

About us – safety, presence, joy, care and quality in care

We are a dementia care home with a total of 52 apartments spread across six living units. We are focused on creating the best possible framework for residents with an emphasis on the feeling of homeliness and meaningful activities for the individual in an environment with safety, presence and joy in daily life. We have planned activities, such as walking groups, cinema, communal singing with a choir, church service, etc.

We also place great emphasis on spontaneous activities that arise from mood and season, which we assess with residents and relatives as meaningful at the moment. We have a large lovely garden with fruit trees, berry bushes, a greenhouse and herbaceous perennials.

• are trained as a Social and Health Care Assistant and a Social and Health Care Helper
• focus on the core task based on residents' needs, wishes and well-being
• take responsibility, can plan and prioritize tasks
• are good at collaborating with a dialog-based approach in close teamwork and are happy to get involved in ensuring and developing good collaboration
• exude calm and contribute with an open, flexible and positive mindset.

Employment is conditional on the ability to present an acceptable criminal record certificate.

Start date 1 January 2027 or possibly earlier.
