🌱 What will your daily life be like?

As a day shift you will have a varied working day, where you work closely with the residents and with your colleagues.

You will among other things

• support the residents in their daily life and activities
• build good relationships and base on each resident's wishes and resources
• observe and respond to changes in residents' condition
• collaborate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals
• document and follow applicable instructions and procedures
• contribute to the development of professional quality
• be part of creating good moments – even when today’s program doesn’t go exactly as planned

👩⚕️ If you are an SSA

You will have the opportunity to actively use your health-technical knowledge in daily life.

You should among other things be able to handle medication administration according to applicable instructions and work in FMK.

We expect you to observe, assess and act on changes in the residents' condition and at the same time help raise the professional quality around the residents.

👩🦽 If you are a SSH

You will become an important part of daily care and support.

Your efforts help create security, quality of life and good experiences for the residents – and you will have the opportunity to use your competencies close to the people.

📌 The position

• Permanent day shift
• 30-37 hours per week by agreement
• Work every other weekend
• Start as soon as possible or by agreement
• Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement
