Plejehjem Hedelund 4.sal seeks an engaged and professionally strong social- and health care assistant and/or social- and health helper, who will help create safety, presence, cozy moments, quality and high professionalism in daily life for our residents.

About the position

We are a department with space for 24 residents. 3 of the rooms are temporary placements, where the remaining 21 are standard nursing home apartments.

We are a strong team, with high professionalism and a good working environment, who help each other across the entire department.

We meet the residents with respect, empathy and curiosity.

We work with triaging, systematic reflection and ongoing follow-up, to ensure high quality and stable operation in the department.

The position is 37 hours primarily day shifts, but evening shifts may occur, and with work every other weekend.

Your tasks will include

• To provide care and nursing of high professional quality to residents with dementia
• To work according to person-centered methods and create meaningful everyday moments
• Triaging and professional assessment of residents' health status
• Documentation and collaboration with relatives and multidisciplinary partners
• To contribute to a calm, safe and predictable environment
• To be a positive and helpful colleague who works together

Salary and terms of employment are determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current provisions on local wage formation. In addition, after a concrete assessment, qualification and/or function allowances may be agreed depending on the content of the position as well as your experience and qualifications.
