Social and Health Care Assistant at Fjordglimt – choose the shift that fits your work-life

Day, evening or night? With us we are looking for social and health care assistants for all three shifts – and you will be permanently attached to the shift you choose.

Fjordglimt is located in Hvide Sande. Right where the road winds between sea and fjord.

For some, that means a drive to get to work. But maybe it’s also a drive that can do something special?

A trip along the fjord with a view of sky, dunes and a landscape that changes with the seasons. And on the way home, a little time to let the workday settle down before you turn into the driveway.

At the end of the trip Fjordglimt awaits – and we need you.

We would like to strengthen the SSA profession at Fjordglimt and are therefore looking for new colleagues.

You choose the shift that suits you

• Fixed day shift
• Fixed evening shift
• Fixed night shift

That means you won't have to switch between day, evening and night shifts. We agree together which of the three shifts you want to work in.

Hours: 30 hours or by agreement

Start: 1 December or by agreement

As a social and health care assistant at Fjordglimt you will have an important role in everyday life around our residents. Your observations and professional assessments are important, and we expect you to want to bring them into play together with your colleagues.

• make professional assessments and act on them
• work independently and take responsibility
• bring your SSA professionalism actively into play
• collaborate closely with colleagues and nursing professional partners
• help create safety, continuity and quality for the residents
