Social and Health Care Assistant for a fixed evening shift

Egegård Friplejehjem is seeking a social- and health care assistant for a permanent evening shift who finds joy in creating star moments with our residents and in using and developing their professional competencies. As Danske Diakonhjem, we place emphasis on homeliness and decency. You will become an important part of the experience, both through your professionalism and through the small star moments that arise in daily life.

Who are you? We are looking for a colleague who thrives in close contact with residents and relatives, and who wants to bring their professionalism into play in an environment where we lift as a team. You have an overview, are curious about development and see the value in interdisciplinary collaboration. Documentation is a natural part of your work – and if you know KMD Nexus, that is an advantage, but otherwise we will happily teach you. The most important is that you meet people with warmth, respect and a desire to create security.

• To provide care and nursing with professionalism, presence and respect

About the job

• The position is 30-37 hours with work every 2nd weekend.
• Wants to work evening shifts

About the HOME Egegård is the original name of the large farm that was located at the same address. Later the farm changed its name to Kolstrupgård. The farm was demolished in connection with the construction of the new Egegård Friplejehjem.

Egegård Friplejehjem consists of a total of 63 apartments spread over 3 floors, with 21 apartments on each floor. On each floor there are 2 common living rooms, a shared dining kitchen and a shared terrace.

The 3 floors are connected by stairs and elevators. The apartments are connected by distribution corridors lined with carpet.

There are 57 two-room apartments and 6 three-room apartments.

In addition to the 63 apartments there is 1 guest room for relatives who need an overnight stay.
