Social- and Health Care Assistant for a mobile team in Mogenstrup, District Southeast

We are a home care team, focusing on professional quality and teamwork, seeking a social and health care assistant.

You will be employed in a team where interdisciplinary collaboration is at the forefront. Home care is an exciting workplace, where daily life is unpredictable with both acute and complex tasks.

We work in the Elder Law perspective with a focus on holistic care, staff continuity and the citizen's self-determination. Rehabilitation and prevention, early detection of dementia, acute nursing care and palliative care are our professional foundation.

We offer citizens nursing care both in their own home and in our nursing clinic in Mogenstrup.

We work in multidisciplinary teams, and operate in mixed shifts, day and evening.

To manage the increasing complexity and unpredictable daily life, we hold citizen conferences and daily triage in the interdisciplinary mini-team.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and FOA.
