Social and Health Care Assistant for a permanent position at the Rehabilitation Center Herning

At the Rehabilitation Center Herning we work every day to create high quality and coherence in the citizens' journeys. We have 30 temporary places and receive citizens for, among others:

• Acute stay
• Assessment stay
• Advanced rehabilitation pathways

Our patients have complex needs including, among other things, medical diseases, palliative care, surgery/wounds, dementia and neurology.

You are never alone – we have a nurse on duty 24/7, so there is always opportunity for sparring and support.

As part of the new health act, we will become part of the region on January 1, 2027 and will become part of the new health and care placements

About the position

• Permanent position up to 37 hours (option for fewer hours)
• Day shift with few evening shifts
• 6–8 evening shifts over 12 weeks
• Weekend shift every other weekend or 5 weekends in 12 weeks

We are organized into three teams with different specialties

• Medicine
• Acute and palliative care
• Neurology

In addition we work in a structured way with

• Interdisciplinary conferences
• Ongoing competence development
• Internal teaching and opportunity for courses
• Supervision and debriefing when necessary
