Social and Health Care Assistant for day or evening shift

Who are you? You are a social- and health care assistant with experience from or a desire to work in the elderly and dementia field. You are professionally grounded, reflect on your own practice and work in a structured and safe manner within your area of competence.

Your tasks will include: Create homeliness, security and star moments together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.

Take responsibility based on the resident's needs and values.

Collaboration across teams and spar with colleagues.

Document in Nexus, and ensure good onboarding.

About the position The position is 30/37 hours, working every other weekend.

Salary and employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.
