The temp agency in Odense Municipality is seeking a social and health care helper who is passionate about helping people live a meaningful life – and who wants the freedom that comes with working as a temp worker.

The temp agency is a relatively new dynamic workplace. With us you will experience a high degree of flexibility, and weekend shifts/free days are easy to swap.

About the job at the Temp Agency

We are the ones who step in when there is illness and vacation at Odense Municipality's nursing homes, home visiting groups and residences.

We take pride in being part of the team, both in relation to our colleagues at the workplaces where we cover, and the citizens we help. Therefore we are not afraid to ask and always start with an open and curious mind.

The job as a temp means that you have a great opportunity to develop and to put your skills into play with different target groups

You will know your fixed days off (also protected days off, SH days, holidays). Shifts can lie in daytime with the possibility of evening shifts. Meeting times vary depending on which workplace you are covering.

As a temp at the Temp Agency you will receive thorough training so you are ready to perform a wide range of tasks in a changing environment. We ensure a good introduction and accompanying days before you independently begin to take shifts. Experience from nursing homes, residences or mobile home care group will be an advantage, but not a requirement.

• Are educated as a social- and health care helper.
• Are good at staying calm and keeping overview, even in busy situations.
• Are a team player and want to work in a multidisciplinary environment where you meet many diverse tasks and workplaces.
• Contribute to a high professional level. If you are new to the field, we ensure good and secure training in the tasks.
• Are caring and respectful in collaboration with the individual citizen.
• Will contribute with a positive mood and good humor.
• Can speak and understand Danish in writing and speaking.
• It is an advantage if you can cycle and drive a car, but this is not a requirement.

Who we are

The Temp Agency consists of social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, pedagogical assistants, pedagogues, unskilled on-call temporary workers, a coordinator, a booker and a rehabilitation leader.

We have daily offices at Ørbækvej 100B, but as a temp you will report directly to the workplace you are supporting for the day. You can read more about our different citizen paths and the many workplaces that we will support in the long term right here .

Staff meetings etc. are held at Ørbækvej 100B.

Salary and employment terms

Start on January 1, 2027, or by agreement.

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement depending on experience and qualifications. The expected salary level is stated before any interview.
