Social and Health Care Assistant for Home Care in Nørre Alslev

Storstrømsgruppen is the field-based home care in Nørre Alslev, and we are looking for a social- and health care assistant who thrives working at irregular hours, as our good colleague will be going on training.

The position is 37 hours per week in mixed shifts, with weekend shifts every other weekend.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, and no later than 1/1-2027.

Storstrømsgruppen is a good mix of new employees and staff who have been employed for many years.

Emphasis is placed on collaboration, reliability, flexibility and high professional standards in performing duties with the citizen at the center.

• You are trained as a social- and health care assistant.

• You work responsibly and professionally with the citizen's needs at the center.
• You have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the community.
• You are flexible and contribute to finding good solutions in a changing daily life.
• You have an interest in rehabilitation and support citizens' ability to master their own life.
• You have basic IT skills.
• Knowledge of Nexus is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience from home care is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• You have a positive approach to the work and meet citizens, relatives and colleagues with respect and recognition.
• You are open to development and change.
• You have a driver's license for a passenger car.
