Plejehjemmet Kildemosen is looking for a new colleague who wants to be a co-creator of the good and meaningful everyday life for our residents. We are in full swing implementing the new Elderly Act. We work with holistic care, and we highly value the residents' autonomy, the rehabilitative aim and the involvement of family, communities and civil society. You will become an important part of this process.

We are looking for 2 social and health care assistants for fixed positions.

We expect that you

• are a trained social and health care assistant with Danish authorization.
• have the desire and ability to work rehabilitatively and person-centered to ensure quality and content in the individual resident's daily life.
• dare to bring your professional knowledge into play, are curious about others' perspectives and actively contribute to us finding good professional solutions together.
• thrive in multidisciplinary collaboration and respect different professions and competencies.
• always see the person before illness, and meet residents, family/relatives and colleagues with respect, openness and decency.
• can work within applicable instructions and guidelines, and work in a structured, responsible manner with attention to both professionalism and relationships.
• see documentation as an important part of the professional task, and you are familiar with CURA.

About Kildemosen

Plejehjemmet Kildemosen is located in Tranebjerg in the heart of Samsø, about 10 minutes from the ferries from both Jutland and Zealand. The home has 34 apartments distributed across four houses with shared courtyards and sensory garden. Each apartment has direct access to its own terrace.

The place of employment is Plejehjemmet Kildemosen, Kildemosen 1-4, Tranebjerg, 8305 Samsø.

It would be a great benefit if you want to be part of our lovely local community, but it is not a requirement. Samsø Municipality is a small and well-functioning municipality that would like to show the world that Samsø is both a wonderful holiday island and a great place to live and work year round.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement between the relevant professional organization and Samsø Municipality. Salary according to the Principles of Local Salary.

Hours: 30 - 37 hours per week

Working hours: Mixed day and evening shifts

Weekend duty every 3rd weekend

We would like the position filled as soon as possible – however, no later than December 1, 2026.
