Social and Health Care Assistant for Plejecenter Trye

As a social and health care assistant, you will have a key role in everyday coordination and help plan the day based on competencies. You will also be assigned other resource functions and areas of responsibility.

We are well advanced with dialogue-based shift planning. You will have the opportunity to create your own shift plan within the given framework, so resources and competencies are distributed fairly.

We place high priority on the work environment and see well-being at the workplace as a very important factor in creating a good environment for everyone who spends time with us. There is close collaboration with the manager, the health and safety representative, and the union representative.

Weekly hours

37 hours or as agreed. The position includes shifts, where you work day and evening shifts. You work every second or third weekend.

A little about us

Trye is located in Frøstrup and has 20 apartments.

We are multidisciplinary, as our qualifications are SSH, SSA, nurses, nutrition assistants, service assistants, and students.

We are committed to using all the competencies we have in the workforce, therefore we value interdisciplinary collaboration highly.

There is close contact with the daily management.
