Social and Health Care Assistant for primarily day shifts

We are seeking a development-oriented, professional and strongly anchored Social and Health Care Assistant primarily for day shifts

Kastaniegården is currently a care and rehabilitation facility with 33 temporary beds. Kastaniegården receives citizens for further clarification of care needs, rehabilitation and health care observations as well as interventions

As part of the health reform, this position is transferred from Frederikshavn Municipality to Region North Jutland as of January 1, 2027.

When you apply for the position, you will therefore become part of a professional area which from 2027 will help develop and run the new health and care places in Region North Jutland. You will have the opportunity to be involved from the beginning and contribute to the development of a new health offering focused on a close, cohesive and rehabilitative service to the citizens.

The position is initially 37 hours in mixed shifts, predominantly day/evening with every third weekend on day shifts. We are very open to involving you in scheduling your working hours. Employment as soon as possible, no later than December 1.

You will be part of a strong interprofessional collaboration between social and health care aides, Social and Health Care Assistants, doctors, nutrition assistant, house assistants, students, physiotherapists and occupational therapists as well as nurses. At Kastaniegården we are each other’s prerequisites for succeeding in the task.
