Social and Health Care Assistant for Team 6 in Ballerup Home Care

At Ballerup Home Care we work according to the new Elder Law, where the citizen's wishes, self-determination and quality of life are at the center. Therefore we are seeking a Social- and Health Assistant who wants to be an active part of development and help create cohesive, safe and meaningful pathways for our citizens in Måløv.

You will have a solid professional setup around you

• Nurses are associated with the team daily, so you always have sparring close by
• Visitation and exercise therapists are out weekly, so we ensure updated and coherent citizen pathways
• We have daily triage and a shared lunch, because quality and well-being are created in community and because no one should eat their rye bread alone, unless they insist.

The new Elder Law gives us the opportunity to work more flexibly and put the citizen's needs before fixed services. Therefore your professionalism, your assessments and your ideas are an important part of our daily life.

Your main tasks

At Team 6 we believe that the best solutions are created close to the citizen and in strong professional communities. As a social- and health assistant you will become part of a fixed mini-team, where social- and health assistants, social- and health aides and unskilled workers work closely with the citizens. This provides continuity, security and a strong collaboration in daily life.

Who are we

Team 6 covers Måløv and consists of skilled and engaged colleagues with different competencies. We help each other, pull together and always have the citizen in focus. We are a team that can be professional, present and humorous – also on days when the printer jams, the emergency call rings, and a citizen wants to show pictures of their grandchild's confirmation in the middle of the medication round.

Recruitment process and salary

The start date is as soon as possible.

The position is as a rule 37 hours and is a permanent position.

We offer salary and terms according to the agreement for social- and health assistants in municipalities and according to the principles of local salary formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

Salary range for the position is 31,420 DKK - 43,824 DKK per month (37 hours)

Salary depends on a negotiation between the manager and the professional organization that has the negotiating rights for the applicable collective agreement.

Salary composition depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
