At Home Care Industrivej we are looking for social- and health care assistants for permanent day shift or permanent evening shift, who want to work close to the citizens and play an active role in the development of the future homecare.

We are in the middle of implementing the Elderly Act, where holistic care, trust, professionalism and the citizen's self-determination are central. This means that your professional skills are in demand, and that you have the opportunity to actively contribute to how we solve tasks – in practice.

What is the job about?

As a social- and health care assistant with us you get an independent daily routine with great professional variation – but never without support. You work in smaller, fixed teams with close collaboration and sparring with colleagues and management.

Your tasks will include

• Medication management and follow-up within your competency area
• Professional observations and early detection of changes in the citizen's health
• Wound care, measurement of vital signs and other clinical tasks
• Documentation in Nexus, supporting quality and holistic care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, therapists, visit coordinators and planners

You plan and perform your own route, but always have colleagues close by – both professionally and collegially.

Practical framework

Day shift

• Start time: 7:15/7:30–15:00
• Weekend work: every 2nd–3rd weekend
• Hours: 30–37 hours weekly

Evening shift

• Start time: from 14:30
• Weekend work: every 2nd weekend
• Hours: 30 hours weekly

Workplace: Industrivej 1, 3000 Helsingør

Practical information

• Employment: As soon as possible – interviews held on an ongoing basis
• Salary: According to current collective agreement with FOA
