We are looking for a committed social- and health care assistant. You will become part of a fixed, multidisciplinary team with a high degree of autonomy and influence on planning and workflows.

In the Home Care in Brande, we are in full swing rethinking the way we work with home care and nursing. We are part of the groundbreaking project Erantis , where we work person-centered and in close multidisciplinary collaboration – with the citizen at the center.

We are looking for you who

• Is educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Is passionate about making a difference and can create presence and relationships with our citizens
• Can show engagement, initiative, responsibility, independence and a desire to develop professionally
• Wants to contribute to our citizens having a good life where they experience dignity, quality of life, safety, security and self-determination to the end
• Works from a rehabilitative and person-centered approach
• Has a driving license
• Contributes actively to well-being and job satisfaction, as well as a good working environment with humor and good spirits

Salary and terms of employment

• Salary according to the applicable collective agreement
• Employment from 1/9-26 or by arrangement
• Upon appointment, a satisfactory private criminal record and child abuse certificate must be presented
