About the position: We are looking at the implementation of the new Elderly Care Act with a focus on, among other things, holistic care, and we are seeking a skilled and caring social- and health assistant for our cool evening- and night-shift team in Home Care South - Brande. This is a permanent position with the possibility of full-time.

In Home Care South we have cross-shift meetings where day shift, evening shift and night shift work closely together to ensure the best care and continuity for the citizen around the clock. There is close collaboration with the Nursing service through weekly “small meetings”.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out care and practical tasks in citizens' homes through a rehabilitative approach.
• Close dialogue and collaboration with citizens, relatives and colleagues.
• Handling delegated nursing duties – including updating FMK, handling acute tasks such as falls and TOBS.
• Close collaboration with the nursing service.

• Is educated as a social- and health assistant.
• Experience in home care is an advantage, but recent graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Is flexible and reliable and can work independently as well as in a team.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with an agreement with a representative negotiating organization.
