Would you like to help create safety, presence and high professional quality for our residents – also at night?

Plejecenter Klippebo is looking for a professionally skilled and engaged social- and health care assistant (SSA) for our night shift team.

At Klippebo there live 40 residents spread over two floors , and at night there are two staff on duty . As a night shift you therefore have an important role in ensuring that our residents experience a safe and calm night, while you work independently and take responsibility for the health- care interventions.

We are looking for you who

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant.
• Are professionally strong and can work independently.
• Have a good clinical eye and can observe changes in residents' condition.
• Can prioritise and act relevant when the situation requires it.
• Focus on care, respect and dignity in meeting each individual resident.
• Thrive with night work and with the special tasks and responsibilities that come with it.
• Are a good colleague and contribute to a safe and professional working environment.
• Can maintain an overview and create calm – even when the night does not proceed as expected.

Your tasks

As a night shift your tasks will include, among other things

• To provide care and nurturing for our 40 residents.
• To perform health care tasks and medication management according to current guidelines.
• To observe, assess and respond to changes in residents' health status.
• To document relevant observations and actions.
• To create a safe and calm atmosphere throughout the night.
• To work closely with the other night shift.
• To handle acute situations and contact relevant partners as needed.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and according to principles of local pay formation.

A police clearance will be obtained upon employment.

The position is 37 hours per week.
