Our shared direction is

This means that we work every day to create
- Quality of life and meaningful everyday life
- Self-determination and involvement
- Coherence and quality in care
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration
- Focus on nutrition and well-being
- A dignified and secure ending of life
Who are you?

- Be educated as a social and health care assistant or a social and health care helper
- Meet residents, relatives and colleagues with presence, respect and recognition
- Thrive with responsibility and independence
- Have an eye for both quality and relationships
