Social and health care assistant or unskilled worker sought for the respiration team in Broby

Jobbeskrivelse The job as a respiratory helper on this team takes place in the woman's own home. The citizen has ALS and uses CPAP and a suction machine during the day and CPAP at night. She communicates via a spelling board.

It is important to create calm and security around the citizen, as she needs fixed and recognisable frames and does not thrive well with changes.

We handle both respiratory monitoring and the municipal services in the home.

There is talk of a permanent position of 28 hours per week with both day and evening shifts and work every 4th weekend.

Shifts run from 06.30 to 14.15 or from 14.00 to 22.15 . On weekends there are 12-hour shifts from 07.00 to 19.15 .

Start will be as soon as possible.

You will be employed in a permanent position, where you work independently and must be comfortable making quick and decisive decisions. But you are not alone.

You will receive thorough training from your colleagues on the team. Your colleagues in Carelinks Team and Adult Department are your backup and close sparring partners. We also ensure that your professional competencies are maintained and updated through Carelinks ongoing provision of courses.
