At Solsidecentret we are looking for a dedicated social- and health care assistant for the evening shift. One of our valued colleagues has chosen to retire after many good years with us, and we are therefore now seeking her replacement.

About Solsidecentret

Solsidecentret has 83 residents, including 2 respite beds and a unit for people with dementia with space for 13 residents.

We are currently in the midst of a construction project, expanding with 6 places. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027.

We are a dedicated group of social- and health care assistants and social- and health care helpers. We work according to the principles of holistic care, where residents' needs are viewed in a holistic context. Therefore we have a close cross-disciplinary collaboration across professions to ensure the best possible care, assistance and treatment. As part of this collaboration, we have hired an occupational therapist and two nurses who contribute with their professional expertise in everyday life and help strengthen the professional quality and coherence in the residents' pathways.

We also function as a training site for around 20 students annually and participate in the project "Unskilled to Skilled". In addition, we collaborate with many volunteers who contribute to activities such as walking and cycling groups, bingo, and musical entertainment.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for social- and health-care personnel (73.01) which is concluded between KL and FOA.

Prior to final employment, a criminal record check must be provided and references obtained.
