At Sygehjemmeplejen Nord we are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant for a permanent evening shift. About the position

• Permanent evening shift
• 30 hours per week or by agreement
• Weekend shift every other weekend
• Start date as soon as possible or by agreement

Who are we?

Sygehjemmeplejen Nord is a mobile home care group based at Ålborgvej 94C in Hjørring.

We work in small, stable multidisciplinary teams consisting of social- and health care aides, social- and health care assistants, nurses, students and unskilled staff. Together we take responsibility for the whole citizen journey and create security through continuity, presence and collaboration.

With us, we see the citizen as a person with resources, dreams and wishes – not as a task. We work rehabilitatively and support the citizen in living an independent and meaningful life for as long as possible.
