Klarup Nursing Home is a new nursing home that opens on November 2, 2026, with capacity for 60 residents distributed across 5 departments, of which 3 departments will house residents with dementia. The target group includes both somatic and demented residents.

You will be employed for two things: professionalism and collaboration. With us we value professionalism, collaboration and a good collegial community. About the position

• We are seeking 5 social- and health care assistants for permanent employment
• Expected start date January 1, 2027

We offer flexible shift forms, so the position can be tailored to your life situation

• The positions are as a rule 37 hours per week
• Shift types: day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts or a combination to be agreed in dialogue with you

Professional competences

We expect that you

• Are a trained social- and health care assistant
• Preferably with knowledge of dementia diseases and their impact on behavior and functional ability, including preventive measures
• Work from person-centered care and include the resident's life history
• Provide basic care and nursing with high professional quality
• Document systematically and professionally correct
• Have understanding of relevant legislation, ethics and use of power

Personal competences

As a social- and health care assistant you play an important role in creating calm, security and continuity for our residents. You work independently, but are part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for social- and health personnel (73.01) negotiated between KL and the FOA union.

Prior to final employment a criminal record check must be provided and references obtained.
