We are looking for two social and health assistants on a full-time basis. The shift type will be either primarily day shifts or primarily evening shifts. Employment 1 November and 1 December 2026 or after agreement.

Rødding Nursing Center has 16 residential care homes, 10 dementia apartments and 1 temporary sitting area. The House has many volunteers and activities that contribute to residents having an active everyday life based on their resources and wishes. We are committed to contributing to good neighborliness and social interaction, as well as involving the residents in everyday activities and the good meal. We also work a lot to ensure relatives feel involved and welcome.

We are a multidisciplinary staff group consisting of nurses, social- and health assistants, social- and health helpers, a few unskilled workers, nutrition assistants, and service assistants for cleaning tasks. We have a very good working environment, where there is focus on distributing tasks based on competencies and where we support each other in developing professionally.

• We currently have a particular focus on preventing falls and urinary tract infections.
• We support residents in living as independently and actively as possible for as long as possible through a rehabilitative approach and the good everyday life.

• We work from a person-centered care perspective and hold resident conferences.
• We emphasize being a team where everyone takes responsibility and helps each other with tasks based on each person’s competencies and contribute to our ongoing professional and personal development.
• We are and will continue to strive to be a very good training site for SSA and SSH students.
