About the job

We are seeking several social and health care assistants for both day shifts and mixed shifts, 30-37 hours per week with work every 3rd weekend. We work with dialog-based scheduling, where the individual teams plan their working hours and shifts together, so it is important that you are willing to collaborate, be flexible and take shared responsibility.

We are a nursing home undergoing change and we are especially focused on achieving greater interaction across the entire nursing home through small fixed interdisciplinary teams, consisting of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care aides, therapists, centre nurses as well as a planner for each pillar.

Our shared purpose is to support residents’ good and meaningful lives every day. We believe that the best decisions are made close to and together with the resident, and that the best solutions are created in strong interdisciplinary communities. In addition, we work at the nursing home with the EDEN principles, which will benefit residents, families and staff, among other things through a focus on homeliness.

As colleagues we are employed for two equally important things: to bring our professionalism into play and to collaborate professionally. It is essential for the residents’ good and meaningful lives and for our common working environment and well-being, for which we all have responsibility.

We are moving toward a culture with shared leadership, where everyone can make decisions. Influence and responsibility go hand in hand, and we consult with each other and listen to those affected by the decisions. We believe that trust, shared responsibility and freedom to act create motivation, engagement and ownership – and contribute to an attractive and sustainable workplace.

You will become part of a workplace with high ambitions on behalf of both the citizens and each other. In short, a place where we both do good and feel good.

We choose you because

  • You bring joy and security to our residents – and understand how to see each individual person
  • You thrive in a daily life where work is unpredictable and challenges your professionalism
  • You are professional and understand the importance of focusing on interdisciplinary effort
  • You have a flair for IT and have good skills in documentation in CURA – thereby understanding the importance
  • You are a team player and have an appreciative approach to your colleagues
  • You can in a daily routine prioritise your tasks – and support your colleagues
  • You take for granted that you have responsibility for the tasks you need to have solved

You should choose us because

  • You will have stable colleagues who have extensive experience with the core task and who are engaged in their work
  • We ensure there is a well-structured introduction program to ensure you get off to a good start
  • You will have a varied daily life with tasks across the Community House
  • You will have the opportunity to become a resource person
  • You will receive competency development of nursing tasks in collaboration with centre nurses
