Social and Health Care Assistants sought for the temporary positions at Solgården

We are seeking Social and Health Assistants who wish to fully utilize their competencies.

Are you passionate about clarifying, assessing, caring for and rehabilitating our citizens and love a daily life where no two days are alike? Then read on.

The positions are in mixed shifts averaging 37 hours per week with work every 2nd or 3rd weekend. We take balance between private life and work life into account as far as possible.

Most of Guldborgsund Municipality's temporary placements are gathered at Solgården, and we work focused on ensuring that citizens referred here are helped on to exactly what they need.

Our residents on temporary stay come either directly from the hospital or from home and need care, treatment and training so they can come as close as possible to their habitual level, or it is clarified whether there is a need for increased assistance, alternative housing and so on.

It requires strong professional competencies and an overview.

We work in multidisciplinary teams consisting of SSA, SSH, PAU as well as our permanently attached center nurses. In addition we have occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Our house assistants take care of practical tasks around the citizens such as laundry and cleaning. The kitchen staff ensure fantastic food.

Our citizens are also offered recreation and activities together with our activities staff and volunteers.

Solgården has 30 temporary 24-hour accommodation places and 4 nursing home places.

The positions are available from December 1, 2026 or by agreement.
