Social and Health Care Helper or Social and Health Care Assistant for outreach in the Night Group

Do you thrive when others are sleeping, and do you want to use your professional expertise where it is really needed? As an outreach worker in the Night Group, you help create safety, care, quality and holistic care for Odense Municipality's citizens while the city is asleep. We are looking for a social- and health care helper or social- and health assistant who wants to work independently – with a strong sense of community behind you.

We are now seeking competent and outgoing social- and health care helpers or social- and health assistants for our outreach Night Group. The position is fixed at 28 hours per week, with a fixed schedule every other week (56 hours). If you want more hours, they will not be fixed in outreach.

The Night Group works city-wide and across the municipality's processes, always with the focus of the process and starting from the citizen's goals. The Nat area consists of various care homes, residential facilities within disability, psychiatry and brain injury areas, as well as nursing and home care groups in Odense. Employees in the Night Group serve about 2,400 citizens each night. There are about 160 employees, distributed among social- and health care assistants, pedagogues, health helpers, social- and health care assistants and pedagogical assistants.

About you

We would like you to

• Be trained as a social- and health care helper or social- and health care assistant
• Can work independently, but also have good collaboration skills
• Have knowledge of Nexus, or be willing to learn it.
• Have a rehabilitative approach to the citizen
• Have a positive and humane worldview
• Feel comfortable in a busy daily life
• Possess strong professional competence and broad knowledge
• Burn to create a safe and professional environment for citizens at night
• Have a driver's license and be able to thrive driving alone in the car at night.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organisation.
