A little about the position

You will become part of Borgerens Faste Team in District Storvorde, where we work closely together around a fixed group of citizens.

We emphasize continuity, good relations and that the citizen meets familiar staff in everyday life.

The position is mainly day shifts, but since it is a position with mixed shifts, there will also be evening shifts. In addition, there will be a weekend shift every 2nd weekend.

It is a condition of the position that you have a valid driving license.

Your daily work will be varied and consist of both care, ~assistance~, health-care tasks and rehabilitative actions. You will work with the starting point of each citizen's needs, wishes and resources and with a focus on supporting the citizen to be as self-reliant as possible.

You will become an important part of the daily collaboration around the citizens. We spar with each other, share our professionalism and work together to find the solutions that make the most sense for the citizen.

We have the core task at the center and we expect that you want to bring your professionalism into play and actively contribute to both task resolution and the community in the team.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for social and health personnel (73.01) between KL and FOA union.
