The residential facility Farupvej 8C has an intake of residents. We are therefore seeking a dedicated and engaged social-professional employee, including pedagogues, social- and health assistants, or pedagogical assistants, for our pedagogical residential home. If you lack formal education but have good experience or flair for the resident group, apply anyway. We work with residents who have particularly complex issues and seek new colleagues to support them in their daily lives.

The offer

The residential facility Farupvej 8C is a residential service for adults from 17 years, with 12 places according to ABL §105/SEL §85 and with 3 flexible places according to SEL §107 and §108. The service is run around the clock and with 2 waking night shifts.

All residents receive individually tailored offers based on their needs and potentials. This means that the individual activities and structures will be tailored solely in relation to their wishes and needs. We work with recognizable structures and processes around the individual to create safety and recognizability and meet them with respect and at eye level.

1:1 work is carried out in the core task.

Tasks

• support and compensate residents in their needs to create a daily life as close to normal as possible
• Create a safe and inclusive environment
• Develop and implement individual support plans
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain continuity and stability in the residents’ lives
• Prepare professionally founded support plans

Requirements

• Relevant social professional education such as pedagogue, social- and health assistant, or pedagogical assistant
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Listening and accommodating communication style.
• Experience with residents with complex issues is an advantage.
• Ready to work developmentally and creatively with the challenges you meet in daily life.

Salary and employment terms

Weekdays, evenings and every other weekend.

Working hours are 7:00-15 or 14-22:00

The position is 37 hours per week.
