What you can work with here

At Stormly you will have a varied pedagogical daily life, where you both use your professional knowledge and get close to the residents.

You will among other things have the opportunity to work with

• Neuropedagogy and epilepsy – observation, relationship work, structuring and pedagogical follow-up
• Support, personal care and rehabilitation with a basis in the individual resident's needs, dreams and resources
• Pedagogical coordination, the VUM model and status reports
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, social- and health assistants, therapists as well as specialists from Epilepsy Hospital Filadelfia.

You do not need to know everything from the start. We provide thorough introduction and training.

A strong professional community

Stormly is a social day and night service under Filadelfia with a specialization in adults with epilepsy and complex cognitive challenges.

Our residents have complex social-pedagogical, cognitive, care-requiring and health-care needs. Therefore we work closely across disciplines and collaborate with specialists from Epilepsy Hospital Filadelfia, including neurologists and neuropsychologists.

We prioritize professional development through, among other things, professional meetings, resident conferences, case supervision by a neuropsychologist and ongoing competence development.

We believe that we succeed best when we use each other's competencies and develop together.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who

• is educated as a social pedagogue / pedagogue
• is motivated by people with complex pedagogical and cognitive needs
• works rehabilitatively and communicates affirmatively
• takes responsibility for your professionalism and wants to share your knowledge
• sees written documentation as an important part of pedagogical quality
• thrives in close interdisciplinary collaboration
• is curious and reflective and contributes to a good working environment
• wants to learn more about epilepsy and neuropedagogy
• has a driver's license.

Perhaps you have experience with epilepsy or neuropedagogy – perhaps not. The most important is that you want to learn and actively use your professional skills in collaboration with others.

The position

32–37 hours per week in mixed shifts, primarily day and evening shifts.

You choose whether you want to work every 2nd or every 3rd weekend.

Start date: December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and employment terms

The position is paid according to the applicable regional collective agreement. References from previous employers and a criminal record check are obtained prior to employment.

Starting salary

Filadelfia is obliged to disclose the starting salary for the position. The base salary, centrally set allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement are disclosed.

The starting salary may vary depending on seniority, relevant experience and education.

• Right to allowances under local pre-arrangements
• Right to special allowances, e.g. for evening, night and weekend work
