Anna is going on maternity leave, and at Ullerupdalvej we are experimenting with something new. Therefore we are seeking new colleagues with a social work background, who want to become part of our everyday life.

We are 32 citizens aged 21-84 with very different levels of functioning and 25 permanent employees with broad expertise who collaborate on the wishes and goals for what is the citizen’s independent good life.

We strengthen and cultivate our mutual relations through togetherness, presence, respect for each other’s competencies and a lot of cheerful and festive traditions. You should thrive in a house where togetherness fills the space and where there doesn’t need to be a long distance from thought to action.

We are an active house that loves experiences – concerts, art, 5-day holidays around Denmark, culinary experiences, parties, MGP hygge and much more, which you will become an important part of and have the opportunity to participate in.

Some of the citizens have severe physical disabilities, which is why you can expect physical work with transfers and personal care.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

Working hours are in the period 6:30-23:00. We work every other weekend and with Christmas and New Year rotations.

There is one maternity cover and three permanent positions. In accordance with the municipality's personnel policy, there can be dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and the organization of work.

As soon as possible or by agreement.

Criminal record

A criminal record check will be obtained on hire. The employment is conditional on the criminal record being free of any convictions of significance for the performance of the specific position.
