Social pedagogues, pedagogical assistants and pedagogical aides are sought for a new 2:1 around-the-clock service at Etikhuset ApS

Do you want to help build a new specialized offering where professionalism, relationships and presence are at the centre?

Etikhuset ApS is looking for engaged and professionally strong social pedagogues, pedagogical assistants and pedagogical aides for our new round-the-clock offering in Vejle.

We work with 2:1 staffing around one citizen , which means that you as an employee have the opportunity to work closely and continuously with the citizen and be an active part of the pedagogical effort.

About the job

At Etikhuset we work from a holistic and individually tailored pedagogical approach. The citizen needs close support, structure, predictability and staff who can remain calm and create security – also in situations that can be challenging.

The work takes place around the clock and will therefore include both night shifts, day shifts, waking night shifts and every other weekend.

You will be part of a small team where cooperation, communication and a common professional direction are crucial.

Start date

Employment starts from 1 November 2026 or by agreement .

We are looking for you who

• are educated social pedagogue or pedagogue assistant , or have relevant experience as pedagogical aide
• have experience with citizens with complex support needs
• can work in a structured and independent way
• are calm and clear in pressured situations
• can create and maintain a good relationship with the citizen
• have good collaboration skills
• can work professionally with documentation and professional observations
• are eager to help build a new offering and develop the pedagogical practice

Experience with neuro- and neuropedagogical methods as well as conflict management is a plus, but the most important is that you have a strong professional approach and a desire to make a difference.
