Social Media Lead at Vaekst Digital

Are you passionate about driving growth with advertising on social media?

We are looking for a SoMe Lead for our team in Kolding, who will lay the strategic plan for social media for our clients across B2B and B2C and be involved when ad accounts are set up.

You will take responsibility for social media for a portfolio of clients and as part of the client team you will build close relationships with the clients through strategic and operational work with their SoMe performance. We prioritise advice that creates growth in the clients' business, not just pretty numbers on a slide.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and plans for your own client portfolio across B2B and B2C
• Hands-on setup, optimization and evaluation of ads across SoMe, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Responsible for performance and budget across your client portfolio, with focus on ROAS, CPA, LTV and scaling
• Analysis of results, creative testing and continuous optimization of the results
• Reporting and presentations with concrete recommendations for both the team and clients
• Brainstorming with the creative team on development of content and content plans
• Proactive development of the clients' marketing efforts
• Stay updated on platform changes, new formats and best practices

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SoMe strategy, advertising and organic
• Solid experience with advertising on Meta and LinkedIn
• Experience from an agency is a plus, but not a requirement
• Interest in performance and data-driven decisions
• Comfortable with tracking, analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager
• Understands how marketing affects business and finance
• Confident in client dialogue and advisory
• Works in a structured way and takes ownership of your results
• Thrives in a results-oriented environment

It’s a plus if you

• Have experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Have worked with creative testing and UGC
• Have knowledge of tracking
• Have experience with budgeting and forecasting
