We are seeking an engaged social- and health care assistant. You will become part of a fixed, interdisciplinary team with a high degree of autonomy and influence on planning and workflows.

We are looking for you who

• Is trained as a social- and health care assistant.
• Is passionate about making a difference and can create presence and relationships with our citizens
• Can show engagement, initiative, responsibility, independence, and a desire to develop professionally
• Wants to contribute to our citizens having a good life, where they experience dignity, quality of life, security, safety and self-determination until the end
• Works from a rehabilitative and person-centered approach
• Has a driver’s license and can cycle
• Actively contributes to well-being and job satisfaction, as well as a good working environment with humor and good spirits

Salary and employment terms

• Salary according to the applicable collective agreement
• Employment from 1/11-26 or after agreement
• Upon employment, a satisfactory private criminal record and child welfare record must be presented
