Rise Parken is a nursing home with 84 apartments spread over 7 houses, located in scenic surroundings just outside Rødekro.

For us, Rise Parken is first and foremost the residents' home. We work every day to create safety, presence and quality of life based on each resident's resources, wishes and needs.

As a social- and health care assistant you will be an important part of daily life

Your tasks will include, among other things

• provide care and practical assistance based on a rehabilitative approach
• work with a neuro-pedagogical approach and with inspiration from the Dementia Journey Team
• observe and respond to changes in residents' well-being and health status
• communicate and collaborate with residents, relatives and other partners
• create strong and trusting relationships with residents and relatives
• contribute with your professional expertise and help ensure quality in daily care.

• is trained as a social- and health care assistant

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week in daytime shifts with start 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and FOA.

A criminal record check will be obtained prior to employment. All nursing homes in Aabenraa Municipality are smoke-free areas.
