Social and Health Care Assistant in Day Shift for Home Care at Ladegårdsparken

The Home Care Ladegårdsgruppen in Holbæk Municipality is a district where you as a social- and health care assistant develop your competences.

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for day shifts 37 hours per week, but there is possibility for another number of hours. There are weekend shifts every 2 or 3 weeks by agreement.

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant who will contribute to a positive attitude towards work and become our good colleagues. It is an advantage if you have the mentor training.

We are seeking a fully trained Social- and health care assistant who (or who is expected to complete training within the next 6 months).

• finds it meaningful to work with holistic care in such a way that the citizen's ability to manage as much as possible on their own is preserved and developed
• is able to be present in the meeting with citizens in a professional manner
• is good at prioritizing and creating an overview
• is used to working across professions and organizations
• knowledge of substance abuse issues and mental illnesses is an advantage
