SOCIAL- AND HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT WANTED FOR DAY SHIFT AT MERGELTOFTEN

Pleje- og Aktivitetscenter Mergeltoften is seeking an engaged, professionally strong and independent social- and healthcare assistant for day shift with work every 3rd weekend.

Your tasks

As an SSA, you will be an important part of a fixed interdisciplinary team consisting of SSA’s, SSH’s and nurses.

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• Planning and carrying out personal care and nursing
• Coordination of resident journeys
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors and other partners
• Medication management and follow-up on treatment
• Documentation in KMD Nexus
• Contributing to the development of the professional quality around the residents

• Is educated as a social- and healthcare assistant

• Sees the value in good documentation and high professional quality
• Preferably has mentoring training or an interest in becoming a mentor

Practical information

The position is to be filled from December 2026 or by agreement. The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed.
