Social and Health Care Assistant sought for Åbrinken

At Åbrinken we are looking for a social and health care assistant for a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of permanent employment and a permanent position of up to 37 hours per week. We primarily seek a mix of day/evening work. There is work every other weekend with the possibility of four vacation weeks per year.

We are not like all other care homes.

With us you meet people with very different life stories and needs. Our residents have somatic illnesses, disabilities, psychiatric challenges and substance abuse issues. We are a house with 35 apartments distributed across three departments, but most importantly we are one house. We help each other across, we laugh together, and we believe that the best solutions arise when we make each other look good. What we are looking for is one in the somatic department with a bridging function to the others, and one for a bridge between the disability and substance abuse departments.

Salary and employment terms

Salary is set on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications.
