Social and Health Care Assistant sought for Funder Nursing Home

We are seeking a social and health care assistant for permanent employment with a working time of 37 hours per week. The shifts will mainly be during daytime hours; we work in mixed shifts, with approx. 6-8 evening shifts over 12 weeks. We work 5 weekends over 12 weeks.

Who are we

Funder Nursing Home has 29 apartments, several of which are offered as couple housing. We have a activities staff member employed in the afternoon, close cooperation with the local kindergarten and after-school program, and a Friends Association founded by relatives.

Our house is characterized by our residents experiencing their home as a safe and good place to live – it is the citizen's home, and relatives should feel welcome.

The house is divided into 3 units, where there are modern homey kitchens / dining areas in each department. We have a sensory garden with plenty of flowers, a large garden with a greenhouse.

• Are trained as a social and health care assistant
• Have an overview in everyday life with a focus on rehabilitation
• Can contribute to lifting and developing the professional skills in the house, in collaboration with our other staff
• Have experience with documentation, and know its importance – we use the care system Nexus
• Consider relatives as important co-players in the residents' well-being

• Wish to further develop their professional skills and keep to the core tasks
