At Midtbyen we are seeking an engaged social- and health care assistant for a permanent position of 37 hours per week in rotating shifts with work every other weekend. Midtbyen is a city group and we therefore have both cycling and car routes.

We work from the principles of holistic care and rehabilitation, where the citizen's resources, wishes and goals are the focus of our efforts. We work closely in a cross-disciplinary team consisting of social- and health aides, social- and health assistants, nurses, visitators (case managers), physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Together we support citizens in living as independently and meaningfully as possible.
